A TRUE 1931 Model A Roadster, originally a Rumble seat car; it does not have a rumble seat! It has a strong running 4 Cylinder motor. This is a true Old School style hot rod, minus the Hot rod engine!
Clear Title
This is an all steel rumble seat Kansas car with no rust in the body. The chassis has been cleaned and epoxy painted black. 1948 Ford brakes and front spindles; split the wish bones, 4'' superbell dropped axle and posie spring. Model T rear spring and Pete and Jakes shackles front and rear. All new master cylinder and the lines are new. Re-built Zenith carb. Motor was redone in 1984 and had 0 miles when it came out of a barn about 3 years ago. All rebuilt motor and transmission with very low mileage. This 4-Banger runs awesome and shifts well, unlike any other stock Model A I have driven. The steering column and box is out of a 1951 ford F-1. It has a 1939 Ford Banjo steering wheel.
It has been converted to 12 volts. There are new bias ply 6.00-16 in front and used radial 31'' tall tires in rear. It has Pete and Jakes shocks in front and Chassis Eng. shocks in rear.
I'll be happy to tell you what I know about the car. I've had it since November, 2013 and driven only 20 miles.
