1967 Volkswagen Beetle Rat Rod Volks Rod Chop

I had seen this car over a year ago, at the cruise on central at night. Back then I only took pictures because the low light sensor on the camera I had back then was not very good. Thankfully a year later I see it again, with a few extra mods, and a new owner.
